Brand New Day Theme

Brand New Day caught my eye not because of any “gee wow” features or gimmicks but because of its light, whimsical and fun approach to theming WordPress.  Pages are open and airy helping visitors with readability and orientation.  Brand New Day is not without its (pleasant) surprises under the hood, however.

Brand New Day Variants

Featuring Theme Options functionality in the administrator Dashboard, you can choose from four variant designs; day, night, autumn and winter.

The author has done a great job of testing and accommodating readability and layout concerns (all of which you can test view at their demo below).

Finally, alternative sidebar arrangements and narrow/wide column arrangements allow users additional flexibility when utilizing Brand New Day.

In conclusion, this theme would be a fine choice for a personal blog or website.

I'm the front-man of It's WordPress. I come from a diverse array of backgrounds, enjoying the opportunity to expand my knowledge base and skill set by re-inventing myself. I enjoy environments that focus on emerging information, technology and concepts. I put on the technical hat in my early 20s and never really looked back. I'm love technology and the internet, as well as the outdoors and avidly hike, kayak and camp every chance I get.
