Our solutions entitle you a single-use license on one website/domain, established at the time of purchase. You may not resell, copy, transfer or include in other projects/solutions under any circumstances. Use of licensed solutions in other services or applications is strictly prohibited, unless express prior written permission is acquired from us.
eCommerce: We are not a payment processor or financial institution and are not responsible for sales or financial issues of your business, payment gateway or customers. In cases of commercial dispute resulting from eCommerce, we recommend cooperating with your payment processing provider, as they have the legal authority and responsibility to arbitrate such matters.
Graphics and Content: Several themes and options are displayed on this site, pre-populated with photography and written content (sample products, example news articles, etc). This is only meant to provide visitors with a conceptual idea of how their own written content, product imagery and staff/personal pictures can be displayed. Licensing of royalty-free imagery and copywriting is not included in our prices, but is available at additional cost upon request.
